Peaks occurred in May, July, and December for closed Seattle waterfront properties. Inventory dropped significantly for the holidays by almost half of what it was in higher months of May through September. There is still a demand for waterfront in Seattle as interest rates stay low. Lake Washington waterfront neighborhoods like Laurelhurst and Madison Park remain in high demand as do North Seattle Neighborhoods like Cedar Park. Other popular Seattle waterfront is Lake Union floating homes, and saltier waters of Magnolia and Alki on the Puget Sound.
